What’s in the Package: 3/8” nylon jump rope attachment with 2 plastic d-ring carabiners.
Operation: Jump Rope is designed to be used exclusively with the Olympus Grip. Includes 2 plastic D-ring carabiners to connect to each Olympus Grip. This is not a high-tech jump rope designed for speed, but rather clunky jump rope that is designed to burn as many calories as possible. Each Olympus Grip weighs 3 lbs and the weight of the jump rope is almost a pound, for a total of 7 lbs.
